What You'll Do
As an Application Support Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers, helping them navigate technical challenges. Your role will include:
1. Supporting ERP Modules: Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-commerce, BI, and Supply Chain.
2. Responding to Customer Queries: Investigate issues and provide solutions with care and professionalism.
3. Documentation: Record problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
4. Collaboration: Work with colleagues and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

5. A systematic approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
6. Initiative and the ability to work independently or in a team.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, empathetic manner.
8. Confidence managing customer experience under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
9. Experience with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software.
10. A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.
11. Financial acumen or knowledge of management reporting.
Bonus skills:
12. SQL Server/MySQL experience, including Scripting & Admin Studio.
13. Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL Certificates, REST API, SOAP, Postman, SoapUI.
14. Experience with CRM, E-commerce, BI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or EDI.
