Our client is looking for a remote PA - temp Client Details A leading company Description Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports Assist with project management and task tracking Conduct research and gather information as needed Manage personal errands and tasks remotely (e.g., online orders, bill payments) Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times Perform other administrative duties as assigned Profile Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously High level of discretion and confidentiality Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Job Offer A competitive rate
