The ideal candidate will have been used to working within a bonded warehouse and have some knowledge of customs clearances and would like to grow from the warehouse to customs. Prepare and submit accurate import and export declarations. Utilise in house systems to process customs entries. Learn and stay up to date about UK and international customs regulations. Working with HMRC regulations and other relevant authorities. Skills required for the Customs Operative: Working experience within a Bonded warehouse environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail across the board on goods in and out and high end products.
