<div><h3>About the Company</h3><p>Our client is a successful online brand looking for a creative and proactive AI Content Marketing Executive to join their growing team.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>This hands‑on role sits at the heart of a fast‑paced womens fast‑fashion e‑commerce brand, responsible for producing high‑quality visual content across the website, social media channels and marketing campaigns.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement AI‑powered tools to support content creation, improve workflow efficiency, and contribute to innovative digital marketing outputs.</li><li>Support campaign planning and execution by developing creative concepts, content plans, and rollout strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver effective marketing campaigns.</li><li>Embrace AI‑powered design and productivity tools to improve efficiency and output quality.</li><li>Use AI to assist with tasks such as image generation, copy drafting, content repurposing and data analysis where appropriate.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging AI platforms and recommend new tools or workflows to the team.</li><li>Create on‑brand graphics for use across the website, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising.</li><li>Design web banners, landing page assets, promotional graphics and seasonal campaign visuals.</li><li>Produce engaging social media content including static posts, stories, carousels and short‑form video edits.</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>Retouch and resize product imagery as needed for various platforms and formats.</li><li>Update and manage on‑site graphics, banners and promotional content via Shopify (or equivalent CMS).</li><li>Support with product uploads, collection page layouts and general site merchandising.</li><li>Ensure all website visuals are optimised for performance, mobile responsiveness and conversion.</li><li>Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns through our marketing platform (Attentive or similar).</li><li>Design email templates, build campaigns and schedule sends in line with the promotional calendar.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on open rates, click‑throughs and revenue.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience using AI platforms.</li><li>Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing skills.</li><li>Understanding of fashion retail, e‑commerce, and customer engagement strategies.</li><li>Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Passion for fashion, innovation, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Confidence working in Canva and Figma for rapid asset creation and collaborative design.</li><li>Experience with short‑form video editing using CapCut or similar tools.</li><li>A strong eye for detail, typography, colour and layout with a portfolio that demonstrates commercial design work.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight turnaround times.</li><li>An open, enthusiastic attitude towards using AI platforms and tools in day‑to‑day work.</li><li>Experience working with Shopify, including updating themes, banners and on‑site content.</li><li>Familiarity with Attentive or similar email/SMS marketing platforms.</li><li>Understanding of e‑commerce metrics and how design contributes to conversion and engagement.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics or basic animation.</li></ul></div>
