CDM Principal Designer
A well established, Surrey based CDM / H&S Consultancy, are now seeking a CDM Principal Designer to be involved in prestigious projects across Surrey, Berkshire and London.
Due to their reputation this organisation are involved in CDM Principal Design projects mostly generated from repeat business from blue-chip clients, in sectors such as Hospitality, Retail and Commercial projects.
They are an employee owned business, which not only provides a comforting environment on a day-to-day basis, but it offers an excellent Profit-share bonus, on top of salary. This CDM Principal Design specialist consultancy are seeking a CDM Principal Designer with at least 3 years of experience to work will full autonomy. Despite this autonomy, you will be able to collaborate with a 50+ strong company of CDM experts.
The Role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
The Person
The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role.
You will have a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
