Project Support Officer (Fixed Term) – 37 hours per week. Fixed term up to 31st March 2026 - Shared Prosperity Fund
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Employability Bridgend Team to provide high quality administrative support to projects by assisting with the monitoring and recording of project and participant activity. Do you have an eye for detail? Are you a team worker who enjoys maintaining computer and paper-based records? Are you able to assist in the preparation of reports, maintaining manual and IT based systems and providing general administrative support to the team that supports the operation of an efficient and effective service? The program is funded by the UK Government.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality administrative support to projects by assisting with the monitoring and recording of project and participant activity.
* Input project data and assist in the monitoring and recording of project and participant activity.
* Maintain computer and paper-based records, assist in the preparation of reports, and maintain manual and IT-based systems.
* Provide general administrative support to the Employability Bridgend team to support the operation of an efficient and effective service.
Requirements / Qualifications
* The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
* Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
