Recruitment Consultant – Technology / Deep Tech
Location: Remote-first (UK-based)
Working Model: Fully remote with occasional team meet-ups
Overview:
A specialist recruitment consultancy is hiring experienced recruiters to support continued growth across technology and deep tech markets, partnering with high-growth startups and scale-ups.
The business operates in an adult, high-trust environment, with a strong focus on quality delivery, autonomy, and long-term client relationships.
The Role:
* End-to-end 360 recruitment (open to strong 180 profiles)
* Ownership of a defined market within AI, Quant or Engineering
* Build and manage client relationships across UK, Europe and US
* Work closely with technical hiring stakeholders
Requirements:
* Previous experience in technology or technical recruitment
* Commercial, professional approach
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup
* Curious and motivated to learn complex technical markets
