The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities and mobility issues, but this hasn't stopped them from enjoying life! However, they're always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include: • Supporting with medication administration • Cooking • Assisting with personal care • Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances

Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and sleepovers.

Your values:

The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun!
