As the Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Total Rewards in shaping and executing the global compensation strategy. This is a key position that combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, contributing to the evolution of our reward frameworks, data insights, and internal equity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Head of Total Rewards to implement and enhance compensation philosophy and overarching reward strategy.
2. Drive the development and maintenance of foundational compensation structures including job architecture, salary bands, and internal frameworks.
3. Lead the end-to-end management of annual compensation reviews and bonus planning cycles.
4. Conduct robust salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions, internal job changes, and annual pay reviews.
5. Oversee participation in external market surveys, interpreting results to inform pay positioning and strategy.
6. Perform regular internal pay equity audits to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices.
7. Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to deliver data-led insights to senior leadership.
