* Familiarity with Virtualisation Technologies, particularly HyperV

* Handle 2nd/3rd line issues and respond to ICT emergencies and school complaints

* Enforce and monitor compliance with school policies
* Deliver internal staff training
* Lead the installation or repair of computers, standardised applications, and networking software, while diagnosing and solving operational problems
* Manage a wide range of technical duties related to the computer network and desktop services, focusing on existing installations and upgrades (including desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns, and hardware)
