The Role:
We are delighted to be recruiting a Chief of Staff, to support the Managing Director across our South East portfolio of residential and dementia care homes.
You will ensure our homes are staffed sufficiently to be safe and maintain the high quality of care that our residents and their families expect, by working across the region to solve problems, analyse data and support our teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Rota set up, interrogation and analysis to ensure our care homes are staffed safely.
* Lead and manage a team of recruiters to support recruitment of our care home teams, driving vacancy fill at pace, ensuring best quality candidates on the market are identified and approached, ensuring to keep internal stakeholders informed on progress.
* Provide HR support to the Managing Director where required.
* Lead and manage a team of trainers to drive training compliance within our care homes.
* Owning the admin pathway to ensure all reports and supplementary projects are completed and analysed in line with required timeframes.
What skills are we looking for?
* Proven Leadership: Experience in managing a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
* Human Resource Focus: Experience in recruitment, training and/or human resource planning advantageous.
* Regulatory Awareness: Experience of working within regulated environments preferred, ideally Adult Care sector.
* Energy & Drive: High-energy individual who can lead others with enthusiasm in a rapidly growing business.
* Results Orientation: Experience in organising and directing multiple teams and departments where required.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week, based remotely with travel across the South East portfolio as required.
