Offer description

Pay Range: £34,000 to £45,000. Working Hours: Full-time, with possibilities for part‑time arrangements (subject to business requirements).


Responsibilities

* Manage strategic partnerships with key sector bodies within assigned local growth sectors.
* Oversee employer engagement strategy, securing bulk vacancies through large regional employers.
* Develop and coordinate sector Routeways in collaboration with sector bodies, the Curriculum Team, and employers.
* Maintain strong local relationships to support employment initiatives and integrate services with existing offerings.
* Manage large employer accounts, acting as the single point of contact and coordinating multi‑location campaigns.
* Track and manage the effectiveness of employer‑engagement activities across the region, supporting, coaching, and guiding Recruitment Managers.
* Pre‑screen candidates and manage the recruitment process in support with Operations teams.
* Contribute to business development by identifying employment growth opportunities, running events, and promoting new skills or work initiatives.


Qualifications

* Experience in sales‑focused roles within a B2B sales environment, recruitment, welfare‑to‑work or similar sector.
* Minimum 6 months of sales management experience, supervising individuals or teams.
* Experience in people management: mentoring, coaching and development.
* Experience in the administration or delivery of recruitment or assessment processes.
* Track record of working toward and achieving targets (minimum 2 years).
* Minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level3 Diploma.
* GCSE English Language at least GradeB (or equivalent Level2), or achievement of Level2 Literacy Assessment at interview.
* Experience working as part of a multi‑function service delivery team.
* Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
