🔧 What You’ll Do
This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic impact, offering you the chance to:
* Automate & Optimise
Design and deploy end-to-end process improvements using Power Automate, SQL, and RPA tools to eliminate inefficiencies.
* Deliver High-Impact Projects
Own and execute data-driven projects aligned to key operational and strategic objectives within the supply chain.
* Drive Advanced Analytics
Help embed modern analytics capabilities including agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
* Map & Document Workflows
Use tools like Visio to document complex data processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Champion Data Governance
Build scalable, accurate, and compliant data models in line with enterprise-wide standards.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Senior Leadership to influence outcomes and solve problems.
* Own Agile Workflow Management
Use tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps to manage incoming requests, ensuring clear priorities and on-time delivery.
✅ What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* Solid experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
* Advanced SQL and Power BI capabilities
* Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric)
* Track record of delivering process automation or improvement projects
* Working knowledge of agentic AI or generative AI
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
* Proficient in Visio or equivalent documentation tools
* Familiar with JIRA and Azure DevOps
Nice-to-Haves:
* Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred)
* Experience with Azure-based data environments
* Programming skills in Python or R
