Overview
Are you an experienced electronics tester and interested in working for a growing global organisation?
Our client has seen significant year-on-year growth through increased interest in their existing product range, while new clients have created development in brand-new markets.
The successful candidate will support the testing, verification, and continuous improvement of electronic products. You will develop test setups and procedures to ensure performance, quality and safety standards are met, and you will provide hands‑on support, diagnostics, fault‑finding and process improvements across the teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop test setups and procedures to meet performance, quality and safety standards.
* Provide hands‑on support and diagnostics.
* Conduct fault‑finding and implement process improvements.
* Use automated test equipment (ATE) and other testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators and logic analyzers.
* Some programming/scripting experience – preferably Python or C#.
* Support PCB layout work in Altium (training provided).
Requirements
* Electronics education (preferably Degree/HND).
* Experience in testing electronic products (circuits and components).
* Senior level – anticipated 10+ years of experience (applicants with less experience also welcome).
* Familiarity with testing tools and equipment.
* Use of automated test equipment (ATE).
* Some programming/scripting experience – preferably Python or C#.
* Some understanding of PCB layouts in Altium.
* British National (including dual nationality or naturalisation) – mandatory for UK security clearance, no criminal record required.
