We're seeking an IT Technician to support technology across The Quill CofE Multi Academy Trust. Working across our schools and central services, you'll play a key role in ensuring staff and students have reliable, secure, and effective IT systems that support teaching, learning, and daily operations.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and device management technologies
- Enjoys solving problems and providing excellent customer support
- Has experience supporting Windows devices, iPads, Chromebooks, and networked environments
- Can communicate technical information clearly to staff and students of all abilities
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Enjoys working collaboratively across multiple sites and teams
You’ll be responsible for providing first‑line technical support, managing user accounts and devices, maintaining IT equipment, supporting cybersecurity and data protection requirements, and helping to ensure our technology continues to enhance learning across the Trust.

Salary: £26,137.64
37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Location: Trust-wide role across Quill CofE Multi Academy Trust academies.
Additional Requirement: The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
