Burgh Recruitment is supporting arespected wealth management firmbased in Bristol in their search for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator
This role is ideal for someone with financial services admin experience who enjoys supporting advisers and delivering excellent client service.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to Financial Planners
* Processing new business, valuations, illustrations and policy changes
* Liaising with providers and platforms
* Preparing client review packs and documentation
* Maintaining accurate client and compliance records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in wealth management or IFA administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Experience with back-office systems and platforms (desirable)
