As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
* Up to £25,000 basic salary
* First year earnings of £30,000
* Pooled commission (Must be a team player)

As a Sales Negotiator, you must have:
* At least 6 months ofexperience within Estate Agency (Must be recent)
* Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Clean driving licence and access toown vehicle
* Good communication skills; both written and verbal
* A team player
As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
* Successfully negotiate offers
* Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
* Arrange and attend viewings
* Greeting buyers & vendors
* Registering customers
* Matching requirements & arranging viewings
* Calling out new properties
