Job Description
As their Chief Revenue Officer, responsibilities will include:
* Devise and and implement strategic plans to grow the companys revenue through both new business acquisition and customer growth
* Establish and maintain key performance indicators for revenue generation
* Develop relationships with potential clients and partners in the Manufacturing sector
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
* Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams
* Oversee customer success initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention
* Play a key role in the hiring and development of resources in high growth areas
* Development of people through value based selling techniques
* Working with Marketing to ensure plans support growth plans
* Oversee revenue operations, ensuring all processes are operating efficiently
* Collaborate with the SLT team to enhance overall business strategies
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Chief Revenue Officer, you must have:
* Indepth knowledge of selling technology solutions into the US, UK and European manufacturing sectors
* The ability to demonstrate how you have scaled a similar SME, PE backed SAAS business
* Experience working in a high growth SME SAAS business that has sold into the Manufacturing sector
* A previous track record scaling 5m+ SAAS businesses
* An understanding of working for PE backed tech business and associated areas of focus required
* A background in successfully creating and executing a commercial strategy plan that has resulted in YOY growth
* Experience of direct ownership across sales, account management, customer success and marketing globally
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
* Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* A willingness to travel internationally, while advert says London, working remotely in UK, Europe or East Coast US are options
