What You’ll Do
Lead with Vision
* Recruit, build, and inspire a top-tier Salesforce sales team.
* Define a culture of excellence grounded in performance, accountability, and purpose.
* Coach and mentor team members into confident, strategic advisors.
Architect and Execute Strategy
* Own the Salesforce sales strategy across industries and verticals.
* Collaborate with Marketing to fuel lead-gen efforts and refine our market positioning.
* Drive pipeline growth, ensuring forecasting accuracy and consistent revenue attainment.
Be the Trusted Advisor
* Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and key stakeholders.
* Translate complex business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions with measurable impact.
* Lead negotiations, close transformative deals, and partner across internal teams for successful delivery.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
* Maintain deep fluency in Salesforce products, roadmap, and market trends.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise client value.
* Represent Paragon DCX at Salesforce ecosystem events, amplifying our presence and partnerships.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of Salesforce sales experience, including time in a leadership capacity.
* Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including partner models and sales motions.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets, closing complex deals, and driving team results.
* Strong strategic acumen with a passion for client success and digital transformation .
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
