Hampshire's Family Help Teams coordinate early help support across the county, ensuring families receive timely, appropriate services through a multi‑agency approach. These teams are central to Hampshire's commitment to early intervention and improving long‑term outcomes for children. You will join a well‑structured, supportive service with a strong culture of reflective practice, manageable caseloads, and excellent professional development pathways.
Requirements
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous experience working as a Social Worker within a frontline children’s safeguarding team
* Strong assessment, report‑writing and risk‑management skills
* Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments and meet court‑ordered deadlines
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children
