Job Description
* Assist with processing invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Help reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.
* Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Experience or knowledge in accounting or finance processes.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a structured and organised manner.
