We're recruiting a compassionate and resilient Rough Sleeper Support Officer to play a key role in tackling homelessness and ending rough sleeping. This role is all about supporting vulnerable individuals with complex needs, helping them to access safe accommodation, engage with vital services, and move towards long-term independence. You'll be working directly with people who have experienced rough sleeping, often with challenges such as mental health issues, substance use, criminal justice histories, or long-term unemployment. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community to take positive steps forward.
