The Role As a weighbridge administrator you will be responsible for weighing lorries in and out of site. Liaising with drivers and giving clear instruction and direction. Administrative tasks including updating records, stock and invoice reconciliation alongside monitoring of internal database. Ensuring health and safety on site, including monitoring of visitors and contractors on site. The Right Person You must have previous administrative experience; weighbridge experience is advantageous but not essential. Able to work within a dynamic working environment, with strong attention to detail. Confident, with the ability to pick up IT systems with ease. Excellent at multitasking and someone who is confident working in a busy environment. The package for this role includes a salary of £27,500 depending on experience. Based in Belfast, this role offers a working week of Monday- Friday, although some flexibility is required with 1 in 3 weekend cover.
