Haymarket is a successful international specialist media company with over 60 market‑leading brands. The Events team delivers over 70 annual B2B events ranging from awards ceremonies, forums, conferences and networking events.
We are looking for a creative content producer to join our growing team and work on our Marcomms, Charity and PR portfolio, building on the success of our events.
Responsibilities
You will conduct content research in collaboration with editorial and commercial teams, network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs, and secure high‑level speakers. The role reports to the Head of Content and involves managing a portfolio of allocated events and collaborating on larger‑scale events.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 12 months experience as a conference/content producer.
* Proven track record of delivering full content programmes for commercial events.
* Excellent research skills to craft differentiated, competitive agendas.
* Experience securing and managing high‑level speakers.
* Strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
* Collaborative experience within an events team as a content lead.
* Ability to drive innovation and implement new event ideas with the Head of Content.
* Marketing promotion of events and reporting on content progress and metrics.
* Onsite management and attendance of events.
* Commitment to sustainability within our Sustainable Event Management system.
