Milk Education is currently recruiting passionate and nurturing Day Care Practitioners to support a range of nurseries and early years settings.
We have full-time, part-time and ad hoc opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in early childhood development.
The Role
1. Support children aged 0–5 in a nursery or day care setting
2. Assist with learning through play and structured activities
3. Promote early development in line with EYFS framework
4. Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
5. Support feeding, toileting, and personal care routines
6. Work collaboratively with nursery staff and parents
What We’re Looking For
7. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
8. Understanding of the EYFS framework
9. A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
10. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (desirable)
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
