Proposed Interview Date: Thursday 23rd April 20206 The role As a Sales Consultant at Redwing, you’ll be a key player in the busy, fast paced sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers. You will need to be confident and articulate with a proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency. Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease. Valuation experience is a bonus, but not essential.Additional responsibilities include, keeping branch and personal activity records, negotiating between buyers and vendors to ensure the best price is achieved and completing all legal documents relating to the sale of property, including full sales progression process. The right fit Minimum 1 year Estate Agency experience within a sales role is essential. Full UK driving licence is essential. Access to own vehicle is essential. We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual. Ability to work to targets and deadlines. NAEA qualification desirable. You will be confident meeting your own targets Knowledge of shared ownership process and new build sales is an advantage but not essential.
