A highly profitable SME with a turnover of £6.5m, based near Sheffield Airport, are looking to expand the business further. Due to continued growth, there is now a need for a Business Development Managerto come on board to support the team. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Key Duties: - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Present sales proposals to potential clients and negotiate contracts - Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management Experience: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets Working hours: 40 hours per week 9.00 am - 5.30 pm with flexibility around start times and finish times.
