Community Supporter (Sports & Physical Activity Groups)
Join our volunteer team to make a difference for people living with sight loss. Support group members in exploring sport and physical activity, fostering social connections, and reducing isolation. You can assist with local or regional telephone groups or face-to-face community groups.
What you’ll be doing
* Greeting group members in person or virtually.
* Creating a welcoming environment.
* Planning and delivering sports-themed activities.
* Assisting with physical activities as appropriate.

Experience required

Minimum age: 18
This opportunity is reserved for blind and partially sighted applicants.
Frequency & commitment
4 hours per week. Volunteers aged 18-25 can claim Saltire Awards hours. Find out more.
