Planning and carrying out staff appraisals Responsible for; recording/reporting staff sickness and absences Planning and approving Annual Leave. Working flexibly within the Catering Team Ensuring that cleaning is carried out to the required frequencies and standards, in line with the Food safety and UHL policies and processes. Ensuring that waste is correctly segregated as required and that waste is stored/removed as Trust Waste Policy. Ensure that any mechanical defects, faulty or broken equipment identified is recorded and reported and taken out of use and labelled do not use.
