4. Achieving the company's acquisition target for N.dulge.
5. Managing payroll spend within budget through effective scheduling and people planning.
6. Maintaining stock file accuracy by adhering to all stock handling policies to minimize stock loss.
7. Ensuring team awareness of sales, ATV, AUS, and conversion targets daily, weekly, and monthly, focusing on achievement.
8. Communicating clearly and concisely with all internal and external partners to drive business opportunities.
9. Identifying innovative opportunities to maximize the business.
10. Analyzing business reports to review performance weekly, monthly, and yearly.
11. Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where employees can thrive.
12. Coaching and developing the team to reach their full potential.
13. Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
14. Delivering a 'customer first' experience, demonstrating leadership to motivate and coach the team.
