Summary
Haven House Children's Hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care for babies, children and young people, alongside support for their families, across the hospice and in the community. Our work is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence and a strong commitment to improving quality of life.
We are looking for experienced Band 6 Palliative Care Nurses to join our bank team, supporting flexible delivery of care across our services. The role includes providing high-quality, child- and family-centred care and offers the opportunity to join our on-call rota, following completion of competencies.
As a registered nurse with experience caring for children or young people with complex health needs, confident working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
