Salary: Starting Salary is £53,630 rising to £56,840 per annum plus a 10% Market Supplement of between £5,363-£5,684 per annum 'pro rata for part-time'

About the Role
Management of a professional team and responsibility for the management and delivery of the Council's commercial and operational asset review and disposal programmes to maintain a sustainable pipeline of capital receipts. Leading on the delivery of development projects of varying complexity to both deliver capital receipts and to support the council's housing and regeneration ambitions. To manage and deliver the annual asset valuation programme. Budget responsibility for the service area.
The ideal candidate will have:
• MRICS with post qualification experience suitable to the level of the post and be a Registered Valuer
• Significant experience in the review of operational and commercial assets including options appraisal and business case preparation
• significant experience in the preparation and commissioning of asset valuation programmes
• experience in the delivery of commercial development projects and complex property transactions
