Responsibilities:
1. Manage IFCO’s customer relationship across a geographical area including nominated small retailers.
2. Support business growth targets and review supplier performance alongside Retail Business Managers as required.
3. Conduct regular visits to suppliers, retail distribution centres and stores to identify conversion opportunities.
4. Analyze customer data to improve efficiency and identify opportunities; conduct quarterly review meetings with larger customer accounts.
5. Support and conduct annual audits with suppliers and retailers in collaboration with the Asset Management Team.
6. Build and maintain a network of contacts within your customer's business to drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
7. Document activities on Salesforce and ensure timely completion of all monthly reports.
8. Participate in sales team meetings and contribute as needed.
9. Perform any additional duties necessary to meet changing service requirements.
