The Role.... Field Account Executive (Hospitality)
A high-energy, boots-on-the-ground role where you’ll become a trusted presence across the Birmingham & Midlands hospitality scene. You’ll fully own your territory and drive new business every month.
You Will:
* Become a true expert on the UK hospitality landscape
* ️ Map, build, and fully own your Midlands territory
* Generate new business through door knocks, events & local networking
* Run the full sales cycle from prospecting → demo → commercial → close
* Deliver engaging demos that show operators real operational and financial ROI
* Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline
* Feed market insights directly into UK strategy discussions
* Hit and exceed monthly & quarterly targets

Who We’re Looking For
A competitive, autonomous hunter who thrives face-to-face with customers and loves owning their patch.
You Bring:
* Field sales or outbound hunting experience
* Consistent track record of hitting (or smashing) target
* SaaS or tech solution-selling background
* Confidence delivering in-person presentations/demos
* ️ Strong territory planning & pipeline discipline
* 📚 CRM experience (Salesforce ideal)
* A data-led, activity-driven approach
Bonus Points For:
* ️ Hospitality or POS tech experience
* Knowledge of the Midlands hospitality scene
* Existing network across bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés
