About the Role
You’ll teach across a range of vocational programmes, including City & Guilds and IMI courses. This includes lesson planning, student assessment, and supporting learners’ progression into employment or further education. Experience in hybrid/electric vehicle technology is desirable.
Person Specification – What We’re Looking For
1. Essential: Level 3 qualification or higher in Motor Vehicle Maths & English at Level 2 (or willingness to achieve) Willingness to gain a recognised teaching qualification (if not already held) Industry experience and ability to engage 16–19-year-old vocational learners Good communication, organisation, and IT skills
2. Desirable: Teaching/training experience Assessor qualification (or willingness to gain one) Experience with hybrid/electric vehicles Knowledge of Further Education frameworks (e.g. City & Guilds)
