    Job Description

    The P2P Regional Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Centre P2P teams and divisional leadership teams.
  • Build excellent relationships between Finance, Procurement and operational stakeholders across the region.
  • Manage business priorities effectively.
  • Monitor operational KPI's.
  • Analyse performance trends and proactively align P2P service delivery to meet divisional needs.
  • Present monthly performance dashboards and service-level results to divisional stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on Process Governance and Compliance.
  • Help lead on Continuous Improvement and Transformation projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex supplier or invoice issues impacting the region.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful P2P Regional Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes.
  • Proven expertise working in a Shared Service centre or centralised fiance environment in a management position.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by influencing, negotiating and challenge constructively.
  • Experience with ERP systems and automation solutions.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organisations.
