Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver supported employment to clients with health barriers, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and other vulnerabilities
* Provide high-quality careers advice, CV support, job search assistance, application guidance, and interview preparation
* Engage with key partners to ensure timely referral processing
* Facilitate group sessions such as work clubs, employability workshops, peer support groups, and employer information events
* Monitor progress and outcomes, contributing to quarterly evaluation reports with both quantitative and qualitative data
* Achieve project outcomes and meet performance targets aligned with external funding requirements
