About the Role
You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals managing opiate dependency. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will develop tailored recovery plans, provide harm reduction advice, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure effective care.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of clients with opiate dependency, delivering person‑centred support.
* Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and recovery goals.
* Delivering harm reduction interventions, including advice on safer use and overdose prevention.
* Liaising with prescribing services and other agencies to coordinate care.
* Supporting clients through structured recovery programmes, fostering long‑term change.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS clearance (essential).
* Experience working with opiate clients in a recovery‑focused setting.
* Strong knowledge of harm reduction, safeguarding, and substance misuse interventions.
* Excellent caseload management and organisational skills.
