Sound interesting? We have an exciting account manager role within our global client leadership team working across Danone, one of the largest global FMCG / CPG companies in the world.
Core responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with local Team Flow teams, by identifying best-in-class work across the Local Team Flow network, elevate to global clients, and roll out across all markets; collaborate with strategy team in build out and local market education / roll out.
* Support Client Director in collaborating with Team Flow strategy teams as well external agency partners to deliver global brand strategies, and helping local teams adapt to their markets.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of global reporting (e.g., competitive, flowcharts etc.) and help provide analysis and insight into results and recommendations.
* Reinforce Team Flow best practices and help local Team Flow markets implement them into their everyday planning / activation.
* Oversee the finance billing process to collate POs, update budget trackers and monitor client billing.
Person Specification:
* Proactive, solution orientated and excited by a challenge.
* Delights clients and enjoys collaborating with them.
* Knows how to craft and evaluate a media plan.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Able to identify potential problems and understand when to escalate.
* Comfortable working cross-discipline – working with creative, ecommerce, PR, experience agency partners.
* Ideally has experience working with multiple markets although not required.
