Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers across your designated area.
* Drive sales of our agricultural machinery, equipment, and solutions to meet and exceed targets.
* Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to support customer decision-making.
* Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial results.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in agricultural sales machinery.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently across a defined territory while contributing to a small team.
* Passion for agriculture and understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
