Demi Chef de Partie - Luxury 5-Star Hotel & Spa
We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a luxury 5-star hotel and spa in Surrey. Working within the hotel's brasserie-style restaurant, you will support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality seasonal dishes within a professional and supportive environment.

The Person
The successful Demi Chef de Partie will have:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
A strong foundation in core cooking skills and food preparation techniques
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Good attention to detail and pride in producing consistent dishes
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
An understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
A strong desire to develop and progress towards Chef de Partie level
