Account Manager / Merchandiser - Luxury Interiors
Location: field based - Scotland / central belt
Rare opportunity to be developed by a major luxury interiors brand. This is a field-based account manager / merchandiser position focused on managing and developing existing relationships with independent retailers. Existing accounts involve developing existing relationships, merchandising, and showcasing stunning premium products to retailers.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts
* Build strong relationships with store owners and key decision makers
* Act as a merchandiser by creating and maintaining high quality displays
* Showcase new and existing product collections in store
* Increase in‑store footprint and brand visibility
* Support retailers with layout, presentation, and product positioning
* Educate customers and retail teams on product offering and brand values
* Deliver against growth targets within your territory

Candidate Requirements
* Experience as an Account Manager, Merchandiser, internal sales, branch management, assistant branch management or similar customer‑facing role
* Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
* A proactive and commercially aware approach
* Passion for interiors, presentation and in‑store experience
* Ability to balance the responsibilities of both an Account Manager and merchandiser
* Full UK driving licence
Package
* Basic salary circa £38,000
* Profit share bonus circa £8,000
