We are delighted to be partnering with our high growth client in their search for a Senior Ecommerce Manager.
This is a senior role with responsibility for ecommerce and CRM. The successful candidate own the performance of multiple websites and digital channels, driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through data-led decision making and strategic campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day ecommerce trading across multiple websites
• Owning the promotional and trading calendar, campaign execution and budget management
• Leading brand, creative and CRM functions to drive online sales and customer engagement
• Managing digital agency performance across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok and YouTube
• Using GA4 insights to optimise KPIs including CVR, AOV, CPA, RoAS and customer retention
• Driving website optimisation initiatives alongside development and agency partners
• Producing performance reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance and customer service teams
We’re looking for a commercially focused, highly organised and results-driven ecommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong experience with GA4 is essential, alongside the confidence to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and drive growth through data.
