HOURS: Full time, 40hrs p/w
SALARY: up to £90,000, plus car, bonus, and benefits

We are recruiting a Head of Property to lead, shape, and deliver our company-wide strategy for property, facilities, and branch estate acquisition and development.
WHAT OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY DOES:
* Lead, allocate, and develop resources (people, financial, assets) to meet business strategies and requirements.
* Develop policies, plans, and approaches, and implement them effectively over the planning cycle.
* Monitor property and facility costs and budgets.
* Ensure reviews and controls are in place to deliver accommodation and services at optimal costs.
* Develop and implement property strategies, policies, and plans across the Group consistently.
* Analyze legislative changes and market best practices, including health, safety, and environmental aspects related to property.
* Ensure controls and procedures are fully adopted.
* Analyze and present potential target locations and properties.
* Lead the end-to-end process of property acquisition, from identifying locations to negotiating leases and contracts.
* Provide advice and guidance on property and lease management.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY:
* Deep knowledge of property and facility matters.
* Subject Matter Expert in advising Senior Stakeholders.
* Experience managing estates, property opportunities, and risks.
* Leadership experience in business property, estates, and facilities.
* Strategy and policy development skills.
* Understanding of property acquisition legislation and practices.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
