We are looking for a Customer Care Representative for our Newry office.
Responsibilities
* Maintain our current customers and support the external salesperson in their role in adding to our customers.
* Develop existing customer relationships to ensure clients use Lektronix for all their spares and repairs needs.
* Handle incoming enquiries and update customers on the progress of their ongoing jobs.
Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in both English and French.
