What You'll Do: As a Duty Manager, you'll take on a key leadership role to ensure the store operates seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results. Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively. Maintaining a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store. Driving sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
