Overview
We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to work in our North service based in our Doncaster office, to support carers within Lincolnshire, namely Skegness. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with some work completed from home, face-to-face meetings with foster carers in Skegness and some work in the office in Doncaster. You would join a thriving and growing community of foster carers and a team of staff with a strong, welcoming, and child-centred ethos.
Five Rivers works from a Trauma-informed (ATIC) model, integrating our fostering, residential, clinical, and education services to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. Teams are supported by a psychologist and a therapeutic practitioner, who are also foster support workers and business support coordinators. This, alongside manageable workloads, means social workers have the time and resources they need to provide high-quality support to their foster families.
