About the Role
Following a period of rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced and commercially mature Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial team.
This role is suited only to a seasoned professional with:
* a proven track record within the security industry,
* an existing network of senior‑level clients, and
* confidence engaging with Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Procurement teams, Facilities Managers, and Estate Managers.
Candidates must have direct experience in 2 of the following industries:
* Construction
* Commercial
* Manufacturing
* Hospitality
* Retail
You will leverage these relationships to secure new business, deliver tailored solutions, and position Servis as the partner of choice for large‑scale security and facilities management needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
* Leverage existing industry relationships to generate qualified leads.
* Engage confidently with QSs, Procurement, Buyers, FMs, Estate Managers, and senior stakeholders.
* Deliver high‑quality SQLs for the Regional Director to scope and convert.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing both warm and lapsed leads.
* Clearly articulate the value of Servis Group’s security and FM services.
* Tailor solutions to meet client requirements while ensuring commercial viability.
* Manage all sales activity through CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
* Represent the company professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience (10+ years preferred).
* Direct experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, retail, commercial and hospitality sectors is essential.
* Strong background in the security industry (manned guarding, mobile response, FM, or related services).
* Established portfolio of client relationships within procurement, surveying, FM, or estates.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
* CRM proficiency and strong data analysis capability.
* Persistent, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
* Deep understanding of security and FM operational models.
* Experience working with major construction contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
