We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our fast-paced Venue Finding team in Birmingham. You’ll source UK and international venues, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality proposals while working independently and confidently. You'll have an extensive knowledge of UK and international venues, from meeting rooms to conference venues and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
• Take clear, detailed client briefs and communicate requirements accurately to venues; ensure all information is recorded in The Hive/BookIt.
• Research and recommend venues and destinations that align with client needs and brand expectations.
• Negotiate rates and commission to meet financial targets and secure cost-effective solutions.
• Produce accurate, well-researched proposals within agreed SLAs and ensure all details are checked before delivery.
• Build and grow strong client relationships, attend site visits, create annual account plans, and support pitch activity.
