Salary: SO1 NJC Spinal Points 25-27 £36,363-£38,220 (plus 19% Employer pension contribution)

Responsibilities
* The postholder will be responsible to the Operations Manager in ensuring the availability and provision of high quality, well maintained, clean and safe Gym and Health Spa facilities which operate according to the highest standards of customer care.
* Ensuring best practice principles are used to develop the customer programme as well as the sales and retention figures of Vitality Membership, both within the LeisurePlex and as part of the wider Health & Wellbeing Programme across all of Sports Services.
* Direct line management of the Health & Fitness Officers, and management of Vitality Membership and programme coaches within the LeisurePlex.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and requirements of the organisation; duties and responsibilities may vary without changing the purpose of the job or level of responsibility.
Qualifications and requirements
